You are interested in safeguarding resources, looking at possible solutions, and other like activities for setting a foundation in place.

(2) DEVELOPMENT / product-oriented = If you are strong here, it would indicate the work areas in which you feel most compatible and competent are: utilizing your passion for moving things forward, designing, refining, inventiveness, and quality consciousness. You are passionate when expanding and improving on established concepts or products for the end-user.

(3) REALIZATION/ action-oriented = If you are strong here, it would indicate the work areas in which you feel most compatible and competent are: producing and testing out concepts or products, improving, developing strategies, testing for what works or not. You are an early adapter and like testing new products or ways to approach the end-users.

(4) CONTACT / client-oriented = If you are strong here, it would indicate the work areas in which you feel most compatible and competent are: customer contact and service, sales, communications, reaching out, and influencing the market. You are eager in assisting teams or customers for further expanding growth in market share and impact.

(5) DISSEMINATION / market-oriented = If you are strong here, it would indicate the work areas in which you feel most compatible and competent are: with media relationships, PR, advertising, informing, educating, logistics, administration. You are a natural marketer and are looking for practical ways to take services or products to go big.

(6) TRANSFORMATION / value-based = If you are strong here, it would indicate the work areas in which you feel most compatible and competent are: being people focused, human resources, social welfare types of jobs, philanthropic efforts. You are a gifted visionary with talent to create new and better ways that will benefit and be fair for all.
